How funds will be issued

All awarded funds will be applied to any outstanding tuition fee balance for the semester the funds are awarded. If you do not have an outstanding balance, you will receive an email transfer from Georgian as the method of payment.

A note about income tax

Award, scholarship and bursary funds issued by Georgian may be considered taxable income. A T4A summary will be issued before the end of February of next year to all awarded students. If you have not submitted your Social Insurance Number (SIN), you cannot be issued any funds. Please log in to Banner to confirm your SIN has been provided. If you need to provide your SIN, select the Social Insurance Number Update link in the Personal Information menu.
